A tiny moment, shared

On the tube. Different people, different lives. Phones in hands, eyes down, everyone in their own world.

Then a dog gets on.

Small. Calm. Right there on the floor. It barks softly. Not annoying, just enough to be noticed.

People look up. They make eye contact. They smile. Then they look back at the dog.

A tiny moment, shared by everyone in the carriage.

That is human connection. Simple, unforced, real.

We are more connected than we think. Sometimes we just need a reason to notice.
